    Baking Mix - Strawberry Lemon Pancake


      Delicious organic pancakes to start your day off right! Takes just a few minutes to rehydrate organic strawberries in hot water before adding to the pancake batter.  Divine topped with our strawberry jam!

      Ingredients: Organic; Flour, Cane Sugar, Lemon Zest, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Dehydrated Strawberries, Apple Juice Concentrate, Sunflower Oil, Non-GMO Pacific Coarse Salt.

      Makes 8-10 4-inch pancakes.

      You will need:

      • 1 cup Milk and 1 tsp Lemon Juice (or 1 cup Buttermilk)
      • 1 tsp Vanilla
      • 1 Egg
      • 3 tbsp Melted Butter


      1. Rehydrate the strawberries in 1/2 cup hot water or fruit juice for 5 minutes
      2. Strain berries from liquid
      3. Whisk the dried ingredients in a large bowl, then blend in milk, lemon juice (or butter milk), and egg until smooth. Do not overmix.
      4. Stir in melted butter. Fold in stawberries. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 
      5. Pour batter onto hot griddle and cook each side until golden brown.
