Every bite of this biscuit is sure to make you swoon. Sourced from our very own garden, taste hints of sage, rosemary, and thyme folded into this explosion of flavor. Kick off your fall with this tantalizing spice trio you’ll want to keep on the tip of your tongue.
Ingredients: Organic Unbleached Flour, Baking Powder, Sea Salt, Organic Herbs; Sage, Thyme, and Rosemary (all from our garden).
Instructions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Whisk the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Cut butter into dry mixture using two knives or a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Do not allow the butter to soften. Add milk and mix until dough is moistened, adding a splash of milk if needed. With floured hands gather dough into a ball and gently knead 5 - 10 times, until bowl is fairly clean. Break off pieces and form into 1-inch balls. Flatten the balls slightly and place onto an ungreased baking sheet. Brush tops with milk or melted butter. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown on top.
